How long to get Caddle receipt?

I requested my checkout 51 and caddle cheques the same day and I got my checkout 51 one really fast but its been about a month now and still no caddle one nor any email confirming that the cheque should be coming soon.

This is my first time redeeming with Caddle so I'm not entirely sure how it works.

I just received mine today after about 3 wks. Luckily, my neighbours brought it over as it got delivered to their house.

No I didn't. But noticed the money had been deducted from my balance so they must have received it.

My last 3 Caddle checks have all arrived within 3 weeks to 1 month after I claimed for them.

Hi, the last check I received just before Christmas was delivered even though there was no stamp or postage marked on it.
I guess the post office had no choice but to deliver it, there was no return address on the envelope either.
