I just have a real problem with ALL of these new products. Since when should a vegetable item have 20-23 grams of fat?
That is ludicrous? When I take the option of what I expect to help me eating healthy - I certainly don’t want to bulk up with fat - and definitely not sat fat.
Just call me disgusted with these manufacturers who love to make these products with no thought for the consumer.

These new plant based products are not health foods in any way, nor are they marketed as such... they do happen to be a bit healthier and more environmentally sustainable (and cruelty free) way to enjoy traditional meaty tasting meals, etc.
I don't think anyone sees them as healthy food.

I think we have to remember that they are trying to make them as real tasting as possible, hence the fat...
