Any Instant Pot recipes and tips you're willing to share?

I bought a 6 qt Duo Plus during boxing week, and after a bit of a post-holidays delay, I'm starting to look into how to use it. I have read the instructions and recipes that came with it, and am waiting for a couple of cookbooks from the library. In addition, I thought it might be helpful to ask for recipes and/or tips from SCers who use them.

So, anything anyone is willing to share would be appreciated, including but not limited to favorite recipes that work well in an IP, recipes that aren't as good when cooked in one, cookbooks that are worth reading, other helpful sources of info, do's and don'ts, and basically any other tips.

I have yet to use a slow cooker or an Instant pot but do pop over to the Crock-Pot or One Pot meals and dishes threads to see which Instant Pot meals have been posted. I just put a Chicken Cacciatore recipe in the Crock-Pot thread and it has an Instant Pot as well as Slow Cooker versions.
