An Eligible Gift Card means:​

• A gift card that is usable in the Province of Ontario;
• The balance remaining on the Eligible Gift Card must be able to be validated at the time of exchange. Validation will be made through a phone call to the gift card issuer or through their website.

The following are gift cards that shall not be considered to be an Eligible Gift Card:

• Any gift cards whose sole form of validation is a paper receipt. Any paper gift cards or e-gift cards
• Any gift card that can be verified only by way of in-store verification or with a personal account, including, but not limited to, iTunes and Home Depot gift cards.
• Any gift card with a value of less than ten Dollars ($10.00)
• The balance remaining on the Eligible Gift Card must be able to be validated at the time of exchange. Validation will be made through a phone call to the gift card issuer or through their website. No paper copies will be accepted.
