My daughter lost a card at a local eatery in my city ,so she had called them asked them If we may pick it up on tues or wed "no problem" they said

Went to Walmart on my break. They had Maple Leaf wieners (disgusting lol but good for summer roasting on an open campfire ) marked down to $1.98. Took all 7 and used 7 x $2 coupons. Easier then price matching. Into the freezer they will go!

That's some ice on the branches today! It also explains why winds last night caused flickering lights after midnight! One day without library service was ok but I was keen to get online today. Happy.

Today's issues are snowy slush and ice under snow. I have branches pressing down on one set of clotheslines too due to ice on the branches.

Popped into Fortinos for bananas and citrus on marked down racks. Avoiding apples and pears because the ants at home found each fruit this week, so I had to make compotes of the non-bitten fruit to avoid losing them to the hungry ones.

Glad to see Ms. Sunshine's return to the sky. Feeling a bit off due to the flurries and still constant ache around one middle finger since Sunday. Thought the snow of yesterday would give me relief but more weather must be on the way. Like flurries we just had a few minutes ago.

Sorry, I didn’t see your opost until now. I’m glad others saw your post and were able to share the link. They are all gone now.

Twin boy started runnibg a fever last night. It’s been a long day and it’s not over yet. I’m hoping he is able to fight this off...whatever it is.

Snowy mess here dh and the boys did clean up. There is a path shoveled to both coops but the chickens didn't want to venture out heck i don't blame them.

Supper was uncle ben's jambalaya fpc i got in the mail and pork chops.

Hoping i have more energy tomorrow but my arm is really bothering me, the nurse ventured out this am to change my bandage, she said the roads were plowed and well maintained which was a nice surprise as she said she might not come today.

I have a turkey thawing so that will make a lovely dinner with a few leftovers for sandwiches and a homemade soup in the near future.
