Was your total under $10.00 before taxes (Subtotal under $10)? Because I know my father second purchase was and I didn't get the 50AM showing on receipt. I assume for some reason, with the PLU version of Redeem 95AM, Get 50AM for some reason it needed to be over $10 before taxes and coupons. Not sure why, but I could argue that one with them too I guess

Yeah this happened to me too. I purchase $9.97 before taxes, and redeemed, and didn't get the 50 AM, Even on my receipt! So i'm hoping I get the flyer 50AM to make up for my mistake!

I guess not when you're redeeming. It didn't have any issues redeeming, but it might not have qualified for the mega miles offer. i noticed this on my receipt, so the next day I made sure I got over $10.00 subtotal, and saw 75AM bonus on my receipts. And all those credited into my account properly.

But my DH was over $10.00 on Thursday and his card was not credited with 75. He also only got the 25AM.
On Friday and Saturday His Am was correct

Did 75 AM show up on the receipt? Hopefully it's just delayed in crediting and your DH will get it soon!

I got Thursday, Friday and Saturday points that showed up on my receipt. Nothing for Sunday yet but maybe those will show up next Wednesday. I also didn't get any of the flyer points.

Also, for those who spent $9.99 or a penny or two less, Optimum will give you the points but I think you're out of luck with Air Miles. That's why I made sure to go over $10 on every shop.

@bobobee No it just said 3 Bonus offer for both of us. But was told when I chat today if after the 120 days it’s not posted The will honour it. All the other days it showed on my receipt. For Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I am keeping my receipt

Just reconciled my Air Miles account for all Metro BAM purchases.

I am pleased the Mega Air Miles of 25 AM (PLU# 82229) & 50 am (PLU#83929) were posted to my account for the purchases of April 11th & April 13th. On April 12th, I only used one Mega Miles PLU# 83929, therefore, 50 AM posted correctly. Of the 3 days (April 11th-13th), Metro's flyer promo of 50/95 AM cash has not posted.

April 14th, has not posted, as it's was in the latter part of the Metro cycle, so will probably post by upcoming Thursday.

I'll have to monitor all 4 days (April 11th-14th) to ensure I receive the 50 BAM for each day of Metro's flyer promo 50 AM /95 Cash Miles.

Just did the SPEND 10.00 IN STORE offer at Shell....it's a bit strange that the promo code doesn't show on the receipt but the 5 miles - mega miles does show on the bottom. Do you think it still counts .. or I have to do the offer once again ? TIA

No that’s how mined showed also. I did this offer when it was Shop the Block without any problem

As I wrote in an earlier post, I have done redemption promos previously where my subtotal was under $10 but over $10 with taxes and it worked. I don’t know if something has changed. But I just checked the T&C for both the mega miles promo and the general AM T&C and I did not see anything that said before taxes.

What do you all think?
