Ack...I meant to blurb earlier: I have tons of respect for ANYONE who does weight loss to be healthier, especially when they're losing many, many extra pounds. I keep getting waylaid by chocolates...pacszki (SP!...the Bavarian 4pk of donuts at RCSS...sooo good!)...sweets....ahem. Sheesh, this aging thing is the pits...in the good old days, eat whatever and it all just disappears. Now, it all moves in permanently to the middle section...!

(I hate diets. Gonna have to do the zombie...zoomba?...dance...bleh!)

Hmm...the key to reducing my paunch is to eat less paczki. Thanks @Arjon for the tip! I should stop being so incredibly lazy online, (it follows you everywhere), and actually take the 30 seconds to find out how to spell properly.
