Is anyone as confused as I am with this promotion. Did 2 receipt to my name last night I got an email this morning with an e gift card not happy with that. I did another 2 for my DH and he is getting a gift card mailed and his reply was in both English and French.

I did not try them . Just don’t know what I will do with an e gift card

None of my 5 links are working. I emailed them. Email said they would respond within 3 working days.

The response I received from customer service was that they let an account manager know, and are researching the issue. So still waiting

I also send an email so waiting for a response. And I ask for gift cards instead . Will let you know my reply

Dont order the physical card or they deduct $3

I sent one email also cause I sent 4 receipt but only got 3 confirms so I sent one email with a pic of all 4 receipts and recd 4 codes back

I received the links to functioning Virtual Visa debit cards yesterday, but was unsure what online stores accept these. So if anyone is stumped where to use these and especially if you want to use multiple cards at the same time, I figured out one way on Amazon.ca.
I logged into my amazon account, went to Gift Cards, then "reload your balance"
From there, buy a $6.48CAD gift card which costs $5 USD. Pay for it using your info from your virtual visa card.
You will then be able to use this credit on your next amazon purchase whenever you choose to do so.
