Coupon state $1 Off on the purchase of one (1) KIND product . Do you think it can work on the Box of 5 bars in them TIA

Whoever told you that was either misinformed or made a misinterpretation. It makes no sense whatsoever that KIND is willing to pay a merchant $1 plus handling when a coupon is used to buy a single bar that goes on sale for as little as $1, but not to buy a box of bars.
