I forgot to move some p.c offers over last night ,now today's are not that great -ahhh
Well had to get Ashlyn off to school this morning ,then I thought why not pop into freshco as its around the corner from my dear son's house -I didn't have my flyers with me to price match but I took daughter-in-laws and price matched a few items $67 dollars later .
Lilo I haven't been using that many cpns I guess I don't have a lot for what I need ,but I did manage to find a cheese spn and a yogurt $1.00 cpn in freshco this morning

I just want to relax today for a bit as son kinda invited himself and Ashlyn and cara over for supper as daughter-in-law has a work appreciation supper ,so picked up a chicken at freshco for 1.88 pound so 7.10 for a nice big one and corn on cob and mashed potatoes tonight got mini ice cream cones for the girls ,so tiny and cute


Also picked up a succulent 3.29 I have never owned one and I love plants plus spent 5.00 on a few plants to put out front in between the others for colour

Our front flower bed is looking straggly with most of the tulip petals rained out, the forget-me-nots looking a little lonely and the peonies yet to open.

Checked Fortinos-no San Pellegrino coupon but at least one of the new tea drinks was stocked on shelves. Food Basics does not carry product. Have to check Shoppers. @Frugalbigmama - please take a look for coupons at your store-thanks!

afternoon all. busy day. the kids were crazy. but park was good kitchen is sorta clean. supper is in the oven . i will do more laundry at 7 for time of use.
i will pay a few bills tomorrow. and rest Saturday after the 1st


figuring out the grocery stuff and the weekend ... it will be busy. i need to plan some down time for me. not sure how that is going to happen . but it needs to .

It’s hot here this week, so I’ve been watering the vegetable garden. I can see pea, radish, and Swiss chard sprouts. Lots of flowers on my chive plant. My rhubarb and tomato plants are looking good. Our lilac bushes are flowering beside the house.

I found some deals in the flyer. I’ll do a $100 Shop at Sobeys tomorrow for their Blue Friday sale. I redeemed all of my Air Miles earlier in the month.

It looks like some nice deals are lining up for me at No Frills with sale, pm, points, coupons, CO51 rebate.

morning all . i think i am going to get a few items for the blue friday specials at food land. that will be tonight.

plan is park this am . i will have a parent meet me there. we will bring snack . i also have one child toilet training. she is doing fabbo!!!

hubby gave me a gc for a spa morning for my 50th back in march. my appointment is tomorrow. the gc is for 3 people. so i am taking my oldest and youngest. this should be interesting. this is not something i would normally do. so a bit outside of my comfort zone. ok... alot out of my comfort zone.

so .. interesting weekend.

Tomorrow I have to go to the casino to check in for free hotel room.....for my son and his GF oh my. Hope they have a fun time. He asked which is a "nice" restaurant lol. I will go for breakfast or lunch depending on what my day looks like.

Brought frozen whole raspberries for my cream of wheat this morning. I think it will be yummy!!

Fwiw, I'm basically with you. While I occasionally buy Blue Friday specials at Sobeys, I've literally never spent even $50 there at one time. I just don't see all that many things that, even on sale, are at prices I'd normally pay. In addition, we're a two-person family, which means some of the items where the prices are okay still aren't practical for me because of how many I'd have to buy to get the BAM.

Just made homemade chicken soup right now minus celery as I refuse to pay 4.99,had son and the girls over last night for roast chicken ,mashed potatoes gravy and corn on cob with Pillsbury rolls -lol it was so yummy

Off this morning to get paint for our livingroom ,that is our summer job paint our livingroom and kitchen ,gonna use a 50.00 prepaid visa I got for xmas

looks like a nice day high 20,rain tonight .I babysit Sebastian here on sat as daughter and son-in-law have a wedding in our town

My bedroom is the summer paint job! Starting it next week! My guy is gone for the week so figured it was a good time to get at it with no distractions I bought the paint a few weeks ago at RONA when it was on 2 for 1.

Yes I have a package to use up too. pedicure (love) facial (don't mind but they seem like a rip off to me) manicure. I should book it for 2 weeks from now and take that day off to enjoy.
