A great price for goldseal keta big can of salmon at maxi and cie in the flyers 2,88$ that is the price of a small can lol .So I bought 8 great for some salads and we make salmon pie too!!! Spend 88$ outch,1 price matching of orange juice and everything was on sale still.

I was too tired to writh to 10 compagnies after my barilla trade so I will do that this week the mornings or when I will have a little bit of time.I have another appointement at walk in clinic with a specialist because I dont get my period since a few years because of the stress of my brother suddently passing and just stress of life in general and I will discuss others things too.After I hope to be able to see my familly doctor in 3 months.wish me luck to that.

@SassyAshley sending you ((((hugs)))) .Reading your post makes me sad that you have to be shouldering all this responsibility. And I also feel bad for your mom what her work place is doing. It’s not your nresponsibility to be totally financially responsible for your mom I hope your brother would help you once he knows the situation. Also hoping that mom can find a job to help you out. You are in recovery after your operation so don’t take on additional stress.

afternoon -we are a little tired as we had daughter/son-in-law and Sebastian Friday night ,sat and they just left at 1.00 p.m ,as their condo had open house sat/sun
My daughter took us to "earth to table bread bar" on locke for father's day supper last night -love this restaraunt we shared a pizza ,their lovely fries and a warm yummy brownie dessert

My son gave his dad a Canadian tire gift card which is nice

I am off to shopper as I am almost out of milk

i was already in my account and go to settings function..not to sure it is the same thing for you since it is a new account

A productive day! Up early showered and dressed. Grabbed a coffee and went tonthe farmers market. Then to No Frills and Walmart. Lots of healthy groceries. Then to my friends house for coffee and visit.
Came home and made up my lunches and dinner and snacks for Monday and Tuesday.
Oh and I scop'd hummis at No Frills. They try to make it difficult but i waited.
Oldest was chatty while i made dinner and i made him a smoothie too.
Did some laundry too. Now im pooped!

I got a SCOP without even asking at Freshco yesterday. It will certainly encourage me to go back to that store. I was just thinking of taking the clothes in to dry and the sun came out so hopefully we get enough sun to finish them off. Back on the coupon train, after not using a single one in 7 weeks I used 14.00 this weekend.

On fb english couponning group canadian couponning coast to coast I mailed my envie like we do on here and the person is frustrated I did not make a video of mailing..Are we obligated? I did not read that anywhere in the rules? I am confused
