* Winners will receive two adult CityPASS mobile tickets to their choice of one of the following destinations: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa Bay or Toronto.

* Each CityPASS ticket contains prepaid admission to a destination's top attractions. CityPASS tickets are valid for nine consecutive days (seven days for Denver), beginning with the first day of use. There are no blackout dates.

* Mobile tickets must be activated (first used) within one year of the issuance date. If tickets are chosen for a city that is not mobile-ticket optimized (Atlanta, Boston, Houston or San Francisco) the winner will receive an emailed voucher that will be exchanged for a booklet.

* Prize will be delivered by CityPASS to the winner's email address.
