New Pen Centre Walmart to replace Fairview Mall store (which is closing)

Spotted the story on Twitter:

I know the Fairview Mall is closer to the downtown core, so the store loss has to be a setback. As for Pen Centre, it's not close to downtown. I used to visit Pen Centre back when Tall Girl had a store across the road from the Centre.

On the Twitter post, someone mentioned about a Costco moving out from somewhere?

Yup. I went today, a few little opening deals (Pringles $1.25, Raspberries 1/2 pint $1.66). It's an okay Walmart, looks new and fancy, but seems a little smaller compared to other mall Walmarts.

Thanks for the store updates! Never know what you might find that causes some SCers to swing by for a visit!
