Ehhhhh. I'm not sure, although I haven't used the program personally, it does have the following in the T&C...

"However, points earning through the PC Insiders program may not be combined with any in-store, online or personalized bonus points offers on the same purchase."
I recall when they first started that anything and everything combined with Insiders, but it was changed... Even if that is the case, you could still get as much as 80,000Pts back on $100 (20,000Pts WUS $100 + 10,000Pts/$50 on Pampers + 5,000Pts/1 Selected + 200Pts/$1 Pampers Personal Offer that **SHOULD** all combine)
