thanks for posting...I cannot seem to enter it says I have an error when trying to register. Tried with chrome and firefox. any ideas?

I use it on Chrome with Android. Try removing the 1st & last digits of the UPC code? Sometimes forms won't accept UPC's in that format.

thanks for the idea, but I am not even getting to the UPC section. It won't even let me register, keeps saying an error has occurred. I cannot figure out what is going wrong so I sent them an email.

Did you try googling the contesr? maybe my link is bad.

just got an email from their tech person suggesting I reload the page, and it should work now.
