I gave an offer last night and it showed me $4.99 shipping which is what I expected. My offer got declined this morning. When I posted another offer to a different item afterwards, the shipping was $12.99, although it states that the shipping only expires tonight. Kinda disappointed. Any advise is appreciated.

Did you choose buy or offer? If it was a seller who cancelled your order, I'd email support & ask them If they could re-credit you the $4.99 shipping promo since it was no fault of your own. I have no idea when $4.99 shipping ends but I know it's just for new users on their first purchase. So anyone signing up for a free item up to $9.00 just be aware that $4.99 shipping is a one-time limited time promo that is for new users only, as stated in my original post. (YOU GOTTA USE YOUR $4.99 SHIPPING CREDIT SOON AS YOU JOIN.) That's why it's best to buy a $9 item right away. I was scared mine was gonna run out so I picked lipstick.
