I have noticed in some posts that people can use the print screen function (that is what I am assuming they are doing.) ;)

do you mean quotes?? there are buttons on the lower right side of a post that lets you do it.
No, not quoting. Where you can grab a pic on another webpage and stick it into the post. I think you use the print screen button for that.
A lot you can grab an img image right off there own site.
