Rec'd mine on Thursday!

Finally got it on Thursday. Super excited!!

Are you all still filling out the survey without receiving Love Good Fats Milk Shake? or are you waiting for the product first, then survey?

There's an option of saying that you did not get the product when you do the survey (I'm guessing it's common to not get a sample you were supposed to get because of packaging errors). I filled out the survey but never got any questions about the milk shake anyways (I'm still waiting for it too!) so I think you'll be alright.
