Super tired of all the spoiled makeup at Winners!

My question is why doesn't Winners set out testers & use more of the clear lock boxes at North Hill Mall Calgary?! I am gonna drop them an email today. It's so unsanitary and if it's been tested, why don't they mark the price down even more? (Not that I would buy them)

i just noticed that as well, everything on thier "clearance" table looked like it was opened & used.... it really put me off of shopping there...at least the make-up section.

I've gotten some really good deals on the clearance goods, unopened. 1 urban decay eyeshadow pallete was gouged out to the pan was still going for 29.99! I've sent an email & I'll post if they get back to me.

I would be hesitant to buy any cosmetics at winners, beside the contamination issue, you have no idea how old the product is, whether it sat in a hot warehouse or store. Most products have a 3 year shelf life, but nothing indicates the manufacturing date.
