CONTEST DRAW: One winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random draw conducted in Toronto, Ontario on January 8, 2020. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible online entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date.PRIZE: Prize value of $5,000 CAD. The winner will receive a $5,000 Stoney Creek Furniture gift card. Only the listed prize will be awarded and no substitutions, cash equivalents or exemptions will be made, it being understood and agreed, however, that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater value if in the opinion of Sponsor it becomes necessary. Other restrictions may apply. All provincial, federal and local taxes associated with the Prize are the responsibility of the prize winner. Winner agrees that the prize is being provided 'as is,' and House & Home Media and Sponsor make no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding any prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Selected entrant will be notified by email or phone. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) business days, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, or fails to complete and return the required contest documents, he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected. The selected entrant will be sent a declaration and release form by e-mail. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question on the declaration and release form and the form must be signed and returned to House & Home Media, releasing House & Home Media and Sponsor from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Contest and receipt or use of any prize, confirming compliance with the contest rules, accepting the prize as awarded and consenting to the use of his or her name, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by in connection with this Contest. The winner's name may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope before January 8, 2020 to: House & Home Media Contests, 445 King Street West, Suite 300, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1K4.
