Does anyone know what else I could try. Living on hope right now. Feeling very depressed. I would like to know all that is available, that is legit.
acupuncture? or laser treatments? don't know if this is legit or not, simply because I haven't heard of it. Lasers claim to restart the immune system/restart your allergies. If anyone's interested in reading up on it. Please let me know if it's the real deal.
I just want to do all that I can. Anything and everything. I would like to know all options, as I'm not familiar with what's available out there. Can anyone please help me out. Thank you. God Bless.

In fact, food allergy is, in most cases, an autoimmune disease and cannot be treated. But many people confuse food allergies with food intolerances. Such intolerance can occur due to a violation of the microflora in the intestine. Also, strong irritants can cause reactions, for example, boiled eggs, legumes, milk. Some, having eaten something like that, experience bloating, discomfort and attribute it to an allergy. But in reality, irritable bowel syndrome occurs, nothing more. If a real diagnosis of food allergy is made, allergens should be avoided (usually nuts, some spices, seafood).
