I can't stand when you buy an item you get a tracking number and it shows what day it should arrive but doesn't. So, I bought something that was coming from China and I get it, it can be a pain with processing it through custom but if you don't know how long it will take why not provide information stating the item is being delayed because of custom and once it gets through then provide the day it should arrive. I hate seen your item should arrive so and so day and it doesn't, you take time off from work only to waste the whole day for nothing ... Thank you Fed Ex

DHL lets you specify the date you want it to be delivered once it arrives in a sorting facility in your city or close to your city.

You can't do it too far in advance though..only when it is quite close to delivery date. Not sure if FedEx or UPS does the same or not
