Home and unpacked. Dinner was a collection of leftovers and frozen picca. This made room in the freezer so I can go to Metro to buy the younger sons favourite pizza and take advantage of the sale and air miles offer.
I took advantage of the Boxing Day sales at Sport Chek and a personal offer from Canadian Tire and bout new running shoes for another a third of the regular price and I paid it all with points.Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

Good Evening Everyone,
I have been in hiding, honestly I was just happy to get through the events I had to attend. Thursday the 19th was out potluck at work, every year on the last day our location does a Potluck but in true us fashion this has been a bit of a sore subject, there were a few years there were many of us did not participate because of how it was run and also being told what we were and weren't allowed to bring. Now it is held in an open area with all welcome and everyone gets to bring whatever they want with no comments.
Friday the 20th was out work Christmas Lunch. We seem to be one of the few companies that still do this, but it a good time everyone comes in from all locations and we all come together. This year I celebrated 15 years so I got my watch. It is a very nice watch, I have not worn it yet but I really like the design. This year I was handing out the gifts from the company, it was a lot easier this year as it was a gift card so everyone just received a card vs last year we got coats so they were large bags.
After the company lunch I went into hiding, Wednesday night I had a panic attack, this is the first time this has happened in years. From there I have just not been feeling like myself. I have been very on edge and just not feeling myself so I have kept to myself.
Christmas Eve was at Dad's, it was a good night. I got a lot of gift cards this year so time to decide how I want to use them.
Since then I have been hiding, Mom postponed our Christmas. It was supposed to happen today but Mom had to work so then it was supposed to be New Year's Day but again she postponed and to be honest I am good with this as I am not in a being around people mood.
Yesterday I forced myself to go grocery shopping, it almost went horrible wrong. I was feeling very off the whole time, shaky not feeling well and then at check out I started to feel really panicked even though nothing happened but I was just not in a good place.
I am feeling a bit better today although I do find I am very up and down, I will be feeling good and then out of no where things will shift. I am hoping things are starting to look up but we will see, today all and all was better and I hope things continue.
I will post more later. Have a wonderful night everyone2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Morning! Just about to get up. Coffee smells good and going to make breakfast.
We have a hotel room booked at casino tonight. Hot tub and swim and a nice dinner. Taking it easy and just relaxing. Stoping at Costco on our way.
Drove home from dinner last night in freezing rain. We had separate cars and my cell was dead. The main hwy was blocked because of an accident. Nice guy at gas station let me use his phone to call my guy and then he was nice and showed me a route to get around the accident. I was so scared. I don't do freezing rain!

Gingerbread observations (no, my kit is awaiting a stress-free day this week):
Last night on CBC, I watched the 1970s segment that the time travelling family made for Christmas. The kids failed to get their precut house sections to hold with icing so they piled the pieces and just drizzed the icing all over it. Seconds later, the family is at the table and there's a pristine assembled and decorated house!
Mercedes-Benz Canada's gingerbread G-class car ad was seen. There's a Youtube video for how to make and in-link to download the 4pg pdf file on how to make it (with template pieces).

Reading all your holiday seasons defunking feels like mine 10x. Anxiety attacks are no laughing matter they build up after awhile until we feel like no way out at first the signs are feeling out of place then there’s the quake of our bodies one side or both. By time it happens we feel doomed. I have been having anxiety attacks before Christmas and after. I was too stressed out to feel like save myself.
I am waiting on a parcel from purolator it left port Kells at 8:30am it’s now 10:30am. Hopefully the buzzer rings soon.

We didn't have time to stop at Costco but will go tomorrow on way home. I had $45 in free slot play that expires at midnight. I turned it into $300.05. Shopping spree at Costco! Going for a swim now.
