I made a purchase at Hudson's Bay on the 23rd December. They were running a promotion in which you would get a $20 savings (on your next purchase over $100) if you choose the in-store pick-up option. So I did opted for pick-up instead of parcel.
I never received the savings. When I contact the rep, he replied,
"please confirm from which promotion did you see the $20 savings card if you pick-up the item in store?"
I made it very clear it's on their website, a black banner, but he is asking for evidence. So we have to screenshot the website to get savings? If I had known, I would have ordered it from Sephora to collect points.
