    There is free shipping within Canada at Rainbow Seeds right now. I'm not sure how long this promotion is running, so best to check to see if it's still current (if it is, there will be a "Free Shipping" banner at the top of their main page). I happened upon the promotion by accident when I was looking for garden seeds today!

    They carry vegetable, herb, flower, fruit, grain, cover crop, and sprouting seeds on their site.
