Hey people, few blurbs today -- thanks to worst migraine ever, (2nd day in a row...!!!) I feel like something the zombies rejected. Talk about rejection, I'm literally losing my lunch. (Bleh...see, this is why you do not read my blurbs...tmi!)
Anyway, no FreshCo from flyer guy today. Also: DIGITAL VERSION HAS MORE PAGES, so they say in the paper flyer.Want to buy me a coffee? You can! But, you don't have to! In fact, I encourage you not to. ('Cuz postage is ridiculous). But, if you insist on it...well, you can drop a buck, or two, here: paypal.me/cyn88canada I emphasize, you do NOT have to -- a coffee icon tossed my way is gold. + =

@Cyn , thank you so much for posting this and all the other flyers!
I hope you're feeling better soon.
Lots of good deals in this flyer -- too many to list, and too tired.
Not sure about the ground beef in a tube. I haven't had good experience in the past (even though this packaging is waaaaay nicer), so i'll stick with the lean ground beef at Metro $2.99/lb (and better priced)
