Apparently you can't get SCOP when a item is on sale and has a sale expiry. Found this in sobeys. My almond milk scanned wrong and I tried to get scop but they said no longer valid on items with a date and sale.

I had no idea. No big deal just wanted to give you all a heads up because I didn't know they changed it till today.

That's silly that's the whole point is that they leave the sale tickets up and people get charged more
So it only applies when ticket are printed incorrectly??? Or when there's no date ??? Therefore it will never apply you shelf price as they all have dates

That's what I thought too and it seemed that the csm new exactly what to say almost as if it was planned.
I saw dates only at sobeys so if a different store like no frills that has a price tag without a date then it would apply.
