I just got an email from the seller regarding my amazon order( ERP Pharmacy)-they said Canada post is experiencing delays internationally and at home with parcels due to covid 19.Please give us one more week if it comes next week they will give me a 15% discount for the delay or if it doesn't arrive a refund .
So it was nice to hear from the seller that was on amazon .

TGIF! Yeah a weekend.......
Waiting on hold for PC Financial. Tried using my card yesterday to pay for cell phones and internet and wouldn't work. Then had an automated call from PC but hung up since I would rather call in then have an out of the blue call.
The sun is shining! I hope this is the plan all weekend. I am motivated to work outside and get the yard and garage cleaned up.
Have a safe and frugal weekend everyone!

Morning woke up with a splitting headache got 8 hours sleep ,hubby said he has had headaches too the odd time .
I see neighbour bungee cord his green bin ,so i yelled over from my porch did a skunk or racoon go in your bin ,yep twice like mine went in twice too .Darn it all wild animals.I went into garage and put 2 bungee cords on ours ,he or she is not getting in this week.Of course the sanitation worker decides to dump my neighbours green bin by the machine as I watched but just takes the one bag out of mine ,not the ripped one ,he could have dumped it (only cause he decided to light a cigarette ,with one glove off ).Lol first world problems .AHH I have to laugh .Last edited by coupon girl; Fri, Apr 17th, 2020 at 10:07 AM.

Good Morning Everyone,
I slept well last night but am having a bit of a blah, did not want to get out of bed this morning and feel like I am just not falling into my groove today. Really lacking motivation, although I am not sure I am really lacking motivation as much as I am struggling with work. I have problem diving into my tasks for today but at the same time I am seeing stuff around the house I need to tackle.
I am struggling with finding the distinction between home and work, I was talking to Mom about it last night and I think more than anything it is a mind set. Normally I work from home when I have a project I have to get done and usually when I work from home mentally I am committed to working morning to night if I have to get whatever I am working on done and at most it is a couple of days then back to office. I am missing those days in the office where I go in, do my work and come home and am done with work. Right now I feel like my work is always sitting there going "hey, I am right here, come on just a little bit more." Everything I am working on are large projects that are meant to last me the majority of the year to complete so I feel like I am not completing anything right now which is driving me insane. I am very goal oriented in that I need a goal, but I also need to see I am completing things and moving forward and right now that does not happen. I even just miss my weekly update with my boss where we can discuss what we are working on how these projects are going as you feel like you are accomplishing something.
Alright, time to focus my try to get a few things done before my weekly Friday afternoon meeting.
Have a great day everyone.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,
follow along as tackle day to day life and whatever else 2021 throws at me:

Speaking of headaches the morning, I noticed one start in on me after I finished with my shower this morning. I thought we'd have snowshowers yesterday afternoon, but none occurred. Today might be the day for precipitation.
Noticed two days ago that my laptop battery was not showing 100% charge-it stayed at 98%. Today's number is 97%. The manual said something about not charging when device is in a place under 10C, so I may take the laptop upstairs during the afternoon and see if the charger works to capacity. Or my laptop deal probably has battery charger issues and there's no repair money on hand just yet (glad there's a warranty but oh well).
Random thought crossed my mind-have SCers been reflecting on how much calmer home life is (outside of grocery or necessity shopping or essential work) when family members don't have clubs/extracurricular activities/busy social lives to attend? I was thinking that the forced quarantine life that curtailed socialization might have inspired a greater appreciation for quiet time and quieter activities. Not to mention less gas or public transit costs due to reduction in travel. Not sure I will be so appreciative if we continue the quarantine past May. Spring weather is challenging the best intentions to stay put.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

Shop Bentley posted a winner for the luggage contest-there were 122 Easter bunnies on their website.
@Giseledta I only need a bay window to make me happier with reading alone and having a mug of tea or cool drink in warmer weather.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

This isolation is hard as I am an outgoing person ,hubby not so .I miss going on a car run thrift shopping then popping in to denningers, zarkys etc
Yesterday hubby and I had an argument as the window place called just to touch base with me ,as our health is important basically to say ,when they are back at work it will be put in ,well hubby decides to blurt out ,its okay we are at home ,so basically he didn't even know what the conversation was and I feel he was wanting the door in regardless of my health (its not even been a month so the door in not in yet anyway)
That is when I went on a walk by myself ,so is it hard to live constantly in a home with our loved ones(yes I do love him have been married 40 years)no it is sometimes not easy .Is it easy for my dear daughter and her hubby to work from home with a 3 year old ,no it is not as my daughter looks tired I told her when we chatted on the tablet sunday because she is working in evenings alos and a bit on the weekend .
Is it easy for my daughter-in-law to watch the 2 small girls ,when Ashlyn wants to see her friends she is 6 and wanted to leave home the other day as mommy said clean up please -lol Is it easy for my son who has to work everyday out in this world and worry a tiny bit about the corona virus (I long for the day to give him a huge hug -I am crying as I write this )
So life is harder ,just saying but there is joy also watching my granddaughter's have a bath the other night, saying hi to Sebastian as he jumps around and hogs the screen ,then I cant talk to my daughter-lol
Was glad I brought a bit of joy into there lives by them getting their easter presents last week to them .
Oh my package came from florida took almost one month from this ERP pharmacy that sells thru amazon ,so I was pretty happy to receive that pkg today as I am saving $3.50 on each pkg so basically I saved $14.00 instead of buying it from shoppers.

Consumer Reports had a Twitter chat today about videoconferencing-tips, privacy concerns and other issues.

Zoombombing is an issue. https://www.consumerreports.org/vide...t-zoombombing/
His biggest worry was the risk of Zoombombing, where outsiders disrupt meetings using threatening or offensive material.

But small medical practices may not have a telemedicine provider in place.
To encourage the use of telehealth during the pandemic, the government has temporarily stopped enforcing some HIPAA rules, letting doctors turn to familiar video-chat providers such as FaceTime, WhatsApp, and the free consumer versions of apps like Skype and Zoom.Last edited by Ciel; Fri, Apr 17th, 2020 at 01:39 PM.

Well it is warmish here today so I just took DH out on the deck and cut his hair with the clippers-haven't done that forever but he needed it and last time he went to the hairdresser he had an allergic reaction to something so better at home-it looks fine although I think I did it shorter than he is used too.

I posted and quickly sold 3 items late this afternoon. I guess I could have asked for more money, but Dh wanted the items gone. I already received e-transfer payments from everyone and they are doing contactless pick up tonight and tomorrow for the items. $95 back in my bank account.
We picked up my free supper from Pizza Hut, from my radio station win last week. We got baked chicken Alfredo for 4 and an order of breadsticks.Help me out with Swagbucks and we can both earn gift cards and PayPal money
