FYI, if you're posting my pics to Other Places, the Mods generally dislike anything that's watermarked with SmartCanucks.ca, since it's a competitor web site and will remove them. Generally, I frown on seeing my pics show up elsewhere and have actively discouraged this in the past. I do appreciate those who share the deals, but not the pics. You can discreetly hint to others where you saw the sneak peek if you're trying to be helpful...sometimes the Mods allow it. Right now...I'm back to being amused at seeing my pics elsewhere, (and I don't have the time/energy to have them removed). If your name is trystee, though, you can have ANY of my pics. (Sorry, no gift card deals this week, either).


PSA: Please keep social distancing! You are saving lives. You are saving front line workers' lives, doctors, nurses, the immune compromised...all by maintaining a little bit of distance. And only going out for ESSENTIAL ITEMS. Is that so much to ask? Maybe skip the electronics hunts until after the pandemic.

Personal health update: ugh, my blurb is too long. Briefly, I am experiencing Traumatic Hair Loss. Weirdly, this seems to be the big change that's making me cry. I'm not vain, but maybe it's just because it's so...CANNOT BE AVOIDED. Lose some hair, release some tears...meh. On the other hand...I don't have to see the gray hairs! And...will save some bucks on shampoo/conditioner in the next few months...! Always a bright side...even if it's the light reflecting off my glome dome. (slang for bald head? did I get it right?) Chemo #2 this week, and Doc visits next Tuesday, so I may be absent.
