It's Available for FREE online on...
Playstation 4, get the ULTIMATE EDITION through the PlayStation Store [LINK HERE]
PC users can get the ULTIMATE EDITION via Steam [LINK HERE]
Xbox One, you may have to go to the old 360 store to get it, but it's still playable on XbOne through your "owned games" list. [LINK HERE] (Not sure if this is the Ultimate Edition or not).
There are no banners or flags on these stores to announce the FREE title... you'll just have to go into each store and search for it by name (or use the links above).
