Be patient you might get a response if a few days. You can also call them and hear what the say

@cath007 I used the Royale toll free number ( 1-888-776-9253 ) this morning to get answers to their newest promo ( see picture below ) and although I was waiting in the queue for about 4 minutes to actually speak to an agent it was worth it. She was very helpful and my first submission was approved.



Just an FYI here, I copied/pasted this picture from a sc area I am unfamiliar with. ( May have been a blog? ) I only wanted the photo, but as I now read down under it the details of how the $25.00 is spent sounds incorrect.
You do NOT have to purchase the $25.00 all at once. You can buy a few packages of Royale paper products each week and upload each receipt after you have registered to the site.
THEY keep a tally for you on how much of your purchase was allowed ( remember before taxes and after any coupons were used ) and they even post how much more is needed for you to reach the $25.00 required threshold

I wrothe to royale in their website page and on facebook because I did not receive my 5$ coupon from their promo...so after 5 days the response was we mailed your coupon long time at the adress providen so we are sorry you did not receive it...we will mail another one for you..so now I am like...is my adress have a problem? I just wish and hope to receive the other coupon....

Hope you got yours soon so you can use them. i submitted mine in october (close to last few days of promo) and just got the coupons $5 last week friday mail. in Ontario.
