walmart photo freebies

I have been waiting for an order ( 2 FREE 11 x 14 prints ) since Dec 6th. Today I received an email saying they are " delayed " with no other explanation.
Then the other order ( for 2 FREE 5 x 7 enlargements ) which was placed 6 days AFTER the 11 x 14 one, I got an email saying they are ready for pickup.
I phoned the store first to check they were actually there before heading over and ....they were not.

hrmph!!

It is getting silly. I got an email saying my 11x14 were ready. Since I had to pick up all my other orders, I went to Walmart (8am..trying for less crowds). Guess what, everything was ready except the 11x14’s. When I got home I got the delayed mail. Oh, well, at least they are free.

Got the delayed message yesterday and an update this morning. I now have a tracking number for my 11x14 and it looks like it is being shipped is from Brampton ON to Calgary AB via FedEx for instore pickup. I'm still waiting for the magnets photos from the end of November. I tried calling to check but the phone is never answered. The last update I had was that the magnet sheets were not available and that they would call me. But I don't remember providing a telephone number. Oh well I guess when the 11x14 arrive, I can check then. Good thing these are free.

I phoned Walmart again this morning and neither the two 5 x 7's or the two 11 x 14's are there. Sigh..... the gal asked for my phone number and sad she'll phone me the instant they come in. Should I believe that?

I never got ‘the call’ promised about the magnets. I was picking up another order and just asked.
