I am taking management classes to get a Certificate in Leadership and Management of Organizations. I have a bachelors in Pharmacology and I am now in medical sales. Eventually I want to manage my sales team, so I am taking classes to learn how to manage people, a company etc. The Certificate is well build, there are politics classes, history, management, negotiation, leasership, communication... It's a lot since I work full time, but really interesting.

Move to Montreal, there are tons of jobs here!

I can imagine how much of a load it is. I use to work full time midnights, and days while taking 1 online course a semester and thought it was overload. Ivetaken numerous classes and graduated with Personal Support Worker, 911 Emergency Response, 911 Emergency & Call Centre Communications. Now half way through Applied Criminal Investigations, and took a few classes in Emergency Managemene which they discontinued but I found very interesting. Now Im thinking about taking Animal Care worker and getting my groomer licence. I need something on the side and an income . I work during the day but not enough money (its part time for a few hours but good money as I make about $15 - $20 an hour). I shouldnt say there isnt any jobs in Ontario they are just rather picky. I mean Ive applied to one said afternoons they called me and was asking basic questions and the guy mentioned days then he said no its days and evenings (yet the ad didnt say that). So Im just having a hard time finding afternoon jobs. I posted an ad on Kijiji the other night about a dog walking / sitting on the side (and got 20 views rather exciting). I plan on doing pet grooming on the side as well.

How is your friend doing, Andit? Is she still in the hospital? Is this the friend that had to have her bladder removed as well? If so and I recall right, she has your spunk and doesn't like to sit still too long. Nurse P must be meewing up a storm. She's in my prayers!

Wonderful news that you got your extension, Ricki911. Animal care and/or grooming sounds like it would fit you well. Yet if you enjoy Applied Criminal Investigation are you sure you wish to give up on it?

I think I would enjoy both. Now the Applied Criminal Investigation is out of interested. Honestly, I dont think I could get a job out of it. Whereas the Animal Care / grooming I think I would even on the side at my house. I posted an ad last night on Kijiji about pet sitting / walking see where it goes. But in the meantime I have to save some pennies to pay for the grooming licence.
