I have to say Christmas 2020 was perfect and probably the 1st Christmas I put all the gifts under the tree and filled the stockings and crawled into bed at 1030pm not stressed at all.
Boys are at the age where they have their own money and buy the electronics etc they want so going forward again I will get stuff I know they like/want and then write them each a cheque :0) (then they can put the money towards something they want)
Stockings are the fun part and I always pick up good quality stuff as I see it. (I fill a stocking and then pile stuff around the stocking)
So boxing day I picked up 2 razor kits with a razor, blades, shaving cream and fancy socks for $8.50 each
2 x Hez bug Christmas ornaments for $1.25 each (reg $5 each)
I will continue to put $100 away per month in my Christmas account. This thread is currently associated with: N/A

I bought my 1st gifts this weekend. Pampered chef had a sale and a friend was hosting and their stuff is quality so a picked up some stuff for the son that cooks. He will have these tools forever so that’s a win.
Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

Hit Walmart the other day for a walk and found stuff for my nieces Christmas box. Tons of the little LOL etc Surprise toys that they open up and collect. (pets etc) grabbed a bunch of different kinds.
Also got 2 stocking stuffers for my boys for $1 each. Some glow in the dark balancing stick that will keep them busy.Last edited by Frugalbigmama; Wed, Feb 3rd, 2021 at 11:03 AM.

Transferred $100 into the Christmas account. I have $500 in there from last year. Will leave the money in there and this will be a 2nd travel account.
The better deals I get for Christmas the more money for travel
