thanks to everyone for sharing their finds, it helps when you know what to look for. However, like some of the others, i find it difficult to find coupons or the tear pads are cleaned out. I would love to get some of the Cheez it, Robin Hood flour, Eagle brand and carnation milk ones.

I saw on a french fb couponning site that general mills have a new booklet of coupons for their produces...sorry no pictures...Valid at no frills and maxi ...I was there monday I did not see it...the girl in the same city posted that she found it yesterday along with others coupons....I doubt because i will just go to maxi on monday they will have any left..so annoying
@cath007 I found the booklet yesterday at RCSS and NoFrills. Also I was happy to find the Cheezit coupons along with some of the other new ones that was posted by members

I went to maxi and cie this afternoon to get some grocery and surprise surprise no general mills booklets left..they where cleared...in 4 just 4 days,I expect fater than that...grr...so deceived.People must had taken more than 1 booklet..why not leave some for the others ???:rant:
In fact all of the coupons I saw was for becel margarine and iogo yogurt(not in front of the yogurt in front of the cereal how weird is that):rant:
