Purchased the Saturday edition of the Toronto Star today and found the MoneySaver March 2021 coupon insert (for regions ATL, BC1, GTA, MB, ON1, ON3):

Been encountering the same a LOT lately at my RCSS. I come in to work one night, and that's all I see, empty tearpads. Like all those Dove and Degree coupons that were out in the past few months, I couldn't get any of them, THEN they went on sale at Zehrs, and I couldn't get any. Very upset as of late...

I shop at the same RCSS as you John. Same for me. Nothing on the tear pads.
How is it these coupons are out one day, we get notice of them yet the pads are ripped clean? I only wanted 2 of the eggo - would have settled for 1 coupon with the points promo. ugh

I am having the same difficulty finding coupons . I have friends and family in different city keeping an eye out for new coupons and it’s the same where the live. Hoping to get the new coupons before the cycle ends. As for the Hygiene coupons it’s never refill

Those of you who still get new tearpads fairly regularly where you shop are MUCH better off than you might realize. Near me, the three closest RCSS stores no longer have coupon boards, and as I recall, all were removed before the pandemic. The nearest Loblaws removed theirs at least couple of years ago. Even worse, all of these stores changed to putting up tearpads anywhere at all FAR less often.

The second closest Loblaws never had a board afaik, and even before COVID, every other store in my area was either a poor source or a complete coupon wasteland.

In my case, I shop much less often since last March, and I mostly get what's on my list and avoid walking around. That said, I doubt I've picked up six in the past year - that's counting multiples, not just different coupons.

I have found myself using printed coupons WAY more often. I am so thankful to have a printer of my own and friends in high places to help out with extra printables

I can confirm for certain about 1/2 of the RCSS coupons scanned by @mcminsen are out here in the Hamilton area. Cannot recall which Men+Dove coupon was on the board. Some of the other 1/2-cannot say I recall seeing them yesterday. I have not gone to my local store for coupons weekly and since I was in the area, I checked the Coupon Zone board offerings.

Here's another milk coupon good in Western Canada only. I found it at a No Frills store in Vancouver.
