    @Anne99 , the same for me and i called around end of November to say i did not receive and the customer service lady was not helpful, she said order online, i explained i did and did not receive. I am also tried to order yesterday, and it will not let me select the "Get coupon" option. i'm giving up.

    @savabuck , I know so annoying, I tried yesterday also but no luck, address look up not working, but today it worked. It took several times coming back to the website before address look up worked.

    Received mine, but Chapman's never seems to be on sale as frequently as in the past years. Come to think of it, most ice cream doesn't seem to have good sales anymore. COVID related maybe?

    They have been on sale and last week in the GTA I expect they are clearing old stock out for the Sumner rush?

    I can't find a decent sugar free ice cream without chemical sweeteners
