Thread: No Frills Points Days - no deal there!!
-
Sun, Jan 31st, 2021, 01:50 PM #1
Went to No Frills in Castlegar BC yesterday - was going to do some of the bonus points deals on Delissio and the Pringles/Cheezit/Rice Crispies combo - all the prices were jacked up considerably!!
All you are doing is spending your money up front and getting points for later to spend and then ending up after the dust settles paying just as much of the regular sale prices.
Not impressed!!This thread is currently associated with: No Frills

I always look up the prices at Maxi online before shopping just to see if it's worth buying with my personal offers.
I saw the Pringles were $1.50 and the Cheez-its were $2 but no one likes them. I also looked up the prices of Oikos yogurts and worked out the price at home with coupons to try to maximize my shop.
Provigo search feature does not work. There's an offer of 5000pts WUS $15 on M&M's but I can't search to see the price. I am not going to Provigo just to know the price of M&M's.

Loblaws a had the same deal on Cheez-its. 5000 points for 10$ purchased and the items were $2.50 each when you buy two.
I purchased 4 and got the 5000 points. Also 2000 additional points on a personal offer and finally used four $1 off coupons.
All in all a good result from Loblaws for a change.
