Back in 2010, after working with the right "channels" and getting nowhere for 4 months, I went to the top of the organization. One muckedy muck tore a strip of me because I made him look bad in his region. He did not show up to yesterday's meeting and sent another to do his work. What took well over one year was done in 15 minutes yesterday.

Congrats! Did you have to fork out any $$ initially to fight this ( legal costs?) If so knowing your keenness you likely got that reimbursed too. lol!

I think "The Man" knew that some Ontario labour laws were being violated so they moved carefully. "The Man" also knew that there was a drop dead date approaching very soon, according to their agreement with the province. I hinted that there may be some legal council advising me.

"The Man" should have settled in 2011, at least by New Year's Eve. By dragging it all out, hoping I would give up, they will be paying Ontario vacation pay in 2012 since I was still their employee in February.

Media tells you young is best. Young is cool. Young is the thing to be. Reverse the clock and be young again (with their products, of course).

Slowly, slowly I am getting a smidgen wiser with each birthday.
