Simply go to your dentist and they will fit you for a proper retainer. Never trust online providers for custom dental appliances.

I have seen those smile ads on tv promising newly aligned teeth after a few months. However, your dental practitioner will be able to assess your mouth and indicate if teeth need removing prior to a retainer or orthodontic treatment. Have you noticed that in your family and circle of friends that most everyone had a different mouth and jaw from your own? Proper sizing matters.

Also, think how your speaking voice will sound if you have a damaged tooth or one or more teeth removed that you expected to stay in your adult mouth for life. Those teeth help create your sound.
