Health update: Steady as she goes! Someone in my household trimmed my hair this weekend...apparently I finally reached the "shaggy, uncouth" stage. Never mind my pep talks to my hair follicles...lol. First trim in over a year....I was definitely past the "looking like my fave teddy bear" stage. But....wow...what a difference a years makes. So...imagine...next year will hopefully be better if you just keep moving...

...well, after the heat wave. Today, it's okay to hide wherever there's cooler temperatues! Cheers, all!
