Sold our old magic bullet for $10 and opened up our new one to start using.
Went to Walmart since I had to stop at the office to pick stuff up. Grabbed a jar of the natural peanut butter for $2.97 as back up.
Now home and making chicken breast bites (Costco) and fries in the air fryer. Feels like that kind of night

Welp, just had to make a change to my mobile phone plan...
Koodo sent me an email notice alerting me that my Data Add-On price will be increasing from $15/10GB to $20/10GB. So I dropped that off of my account, and sent them a Facebook message to let them know of my displeasure, and that any further increases to my account will lead to me leaving for another company.
So I will still have a 6GB/$30 plan which isn't awful, but I can't handle any more price increases on my budget...

My May savings were dismal. I used 4 coupons all month. Crazy. I received an offer from Rogers for 5 gigs of data for free for 2 years. Currently we have 15 and with Covid rarely use it but with 4 of us on the plan and eventually a return to normal I decided to accept and in 2 yrs I imagine the older one will be off our plan. He does pay a portion of the bill so it’s not like he is getting a free ride. Our younger son has his second vaccine booked for the end of June. The Ontario government prioritized his age group. So maybe he can actually see his friend this summer before they all leave for university.
Save your PCO.Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

Good morning! I forced myself to sleep longer before getting up and now taking it easy sipping coffee and browsing posts.
I have a few projects to work on today. SIL comes next Friday and we need to adjust to having guests in our house again. It's just been the 2 of us for so long that I have have sprawled out little projects all over the house.
I also have to move out some impatients/marigolds and peppers that I started in my aerogarden. I might need to start some new cucumber plants. Even with covering them during the 2 cold snap nights, we lost one and our large cuc plant looks like it's succumbing to the cold/frost damage as well. On a positive note, the Tom Thumb peas are coming up. Looking forward to watching them grow.
I harvested a pile of spinach yesterday and might try to make a soup or pasta with it tonight.
Have a wonderful day!

Morning! Looks like a rainy damp day here today too. Saves us watering our plants
I made coffee and cleaned up the dishes from last night. Will putter in the laundry room at some point today.
I have a few family birthdays this month. Gifts all bought and wrapped. Just need to fill out a card to mail. Just want to get it all organized to drop off.
My room needs some love too. Will open the window and air it out and tidy a bit. Will wash the bedding tomorrow first thing in the morning.
Have a great day!

Yeah i had one all interested yesterday asking for my address and then poof gone. I even sent message asking if still interested...no reply. So moved on to the person that said she would pickup same day. Didn't want to waste time with the others.
I may clean up my ads this afternoon and hope to set up some pick ups tomorrow.

Hello! Steamy start to June. I've already eaten 1/2 of a small watermelon, one of 4 purchased on Tuesday at Longos. Mother Nature has been too generous with rain of late and all the branches that got shaken off of trees. Glad I stocked up on yard waste bags a month ago.
Doing the a quick digital flyer lookover as my paper did not come at all this morning.
Was in Fortinos-scored $4.49 sale priced 60pc Tru Stay Band Aids! I usually buy the smaller 45pc boxes and got them on sale in May. Noticed an end-cap display in personal care (aisle signs to not indicate where to find sunscreen). Saw the Coppertone Sport Clear tube for $8.99 (save $2) along with other Coppertone. Clearance rack-there's a spray Coppertone Sport bottle. No idea on cost. Might return on weekend to nab both. Don't use sunscreen often but I'd like a couple of options to the one bottle at home.
Check your PC Optimum offers-you might see a Fortinos or Loblaws banner store offer of 10000 pts for every $50 spent on Kobo, Gap, Pizza Pizza or two other store cards. I also saw a Sobeys offer in my Air Miles offers-35 bonus AM if I buy a $50 Happy Him gift card (HBC is one of the 5 stores you can use the card for).
REminder that US Nordstrom store has its semi-annual sale on until June 6. In case you need clothing from the States...Not sure what current sale is on at Cdn Nordstrom this week. Keep cool, everyone! (I'll get my laptop back in about 8 days' time)."This is the Way." The Mandalorian

Good day my friends! Unfortunately I've been a stranger to posting on this thread. That said,I do enjoy reading posts as I learn something every time! I'm around on SC but I need to limit my time as my body starts hurting and it's just too much.Bad week for sinuses too.Trying to prevent headaches from turning into migraines.
I see that some folk have a 10% discount showing and it appears to be from Sobeys. Would someone mind explaining it to me(is there a minimum age?,valid for sale items...TIA)I looked at their FB page and website and found squat. @crafter I hear you when you mention little projects sprawled out. However in my case I have more sprawl given no one has been able to visit inside.
Good to see you posting again @Ciel21 . I hope you have more good than bad days.
Well folks, there was something else I was going to post but I can't remember it!(Pain affects my mind too).I must go as my time for today is up. Stay safe and well!Always remember the What are you thankful for today? thread as there always is something to be thankful for.

I just bought 2 bags of Shrimp and 2 large trays of steaks for under $23. When we have a fancy steak dinner at the casino 2 jumbo shrimp costs $15!!! ( free with comps but still OMG) Apparently youngest DS and I are the only ones that like shrimp so we will get many meals out of this. Including a shrimp pasta I will make us this weekend!

As far as I know Sobey's Ontario does not offer anything like, it is only in Western Canada.
