i just went on the site and there is no printable coupons
Ugh. Fwiw, it was going to happen though. The only real question was when.
I would not rely on in-store wi-fi in a grocery store to access coupons. This means one's cellphone best have its own network plan or sit out on the digital offers.
Thanks for sharing the news. Sometimes I was able to print coupons without issue at the library and other times, nothing got printed no matter what the screen told me.
Thanks for posting -- I had no idea! I'm disappointed...I liked the convenience of the print at home coupons, even though they didn't print well for me, at times. Really wish the RCSS coupon board would come back!
This is terrible.Printed coupons you could use them when you wanted and where you wanted and what before coupon price was. Digital coupons severely restricts our savings. Not everyone has a smartphone.
This is disappointing. Smart Source was one of the easier to use site.
I don't like digital coupons because a lot of cashiers are not trained with tech. This is asking too much of such low paying job.
Sobeys for example has digital offers with Air Miles. But in my experience, the discount offers are not applied unless you scan the card first. Yet the cashiers always insist on scanning the card last. I would always have to ask them to take the item off and on again for the discount to show up. This is extremely annoying. Yet Air Miles do not care about my feedback of this problem. They are like, "If there's any problem, you can always call us." Like hell am I going to make an hour phone call to get $1 back every damn week.
In addition, I don't appreciate tech companies tracking my shopping habits.
Some people are saying this is saving trees. That's just non-sense. Companies are going to continue printing coupons and put them everywhere. The non-targeted approach is far more wasteful since a large quantity aren't being used. On-demand printing saves paper.
totally totally disappointed. Im not that tech savey and dont know how to do that. Besides not everyone has a cell phone.
oh no I am deceived it is sad
I wonder if this is to limit us to one offer per person.
Thou shalt not trade or share coupons!
Now take your measly 50 cents on your bottle of shampoo and wait for next quarter when we might offer you another 50 cents. Maybe
Digital coupons are offers on Checkout51. This site is owned by the same company that ran the Smartsource site.
i hate digital coupons, when i want to save, i want the discount right away, i don't want to wait forever to get it back, not a good idea imo, i haven't used co51 in forever, the offers very rarely coincide with a sale, and the offers are for stuff i don't buy
