Yea, instead of frying fries etc. I use tin foil to put on the oven rack to bake them; may be healthier than frying, but i still eat alot of chips too (which is fried ) !!

Instead of deep frying fries and chicken strips what I do now is bake almost everything. I've totally eliminated the use of a deep fryer to improve my health

Thats great Boo, but I don't understand why don't you just use cookie sheets? There more expensive to start off with but youll save money in the end, and its less going to the landfill. I can't say i've ever deep fried nuggets or chicken fingers for maybe 10 years.

Does someone not like doing dishes?
