It's now possible to apply for the Canada Dental Benefit for children's dental work (for children under 12 yrs old).

Dad got his $600 deposit in his account yesterday,I am still waiting on mine.For the inflation gouv of Qc

You can apply for the $500 - Canada Housing Benefit for low income renters/tenants starting tomorrow December 12, 2022.

Doesn't look like many people will qualify as the income threshold is really low.

In case you do, apply and money should be there in 5 business days via direct deposit in your bank after applying and approval.

Automatically you will not get it even if you qualify, you HAVE to apply to get the $500. So APPLY.

Yes, I see that Housing Benefit link on the CRA's site right now: One-time top-up to the Canada Housing Benefit - Canada.ca

Also online: the Canada Dental Benefit for children under 12 yrs of age as of Dec 1 for families without private dental insurance.

Just a reminder that applications for the Housing Benefit end on March 31, 2023. Best to apply now or in January to ensure you don't forget about it. Good idea to make sure you have CRA direct deposit set up (yes that 2 factor ID thing is a bother-make sure the telephone number is valid and you have access to it for code (5 min lifespan!)).
