Payday tomorrow so budget clean up.

Moved forward $ from Jan 1st to 14th budgeted money for gas/groceries/misc.

    Pc Pts
    #1 $448
    #2 $11

Writing down every penny I spend in my day timer each day. I like being able to see where and how I spent. Have a few $0 spend days and expect to see a lot more this month.

Paid money on credit card that I am building up credit for our trip in August.

Busy with work so haven't been cleaning and posting stuff for sale yet but will get at it soon.

    Payday! Budget clean up.

Didn't touch budgeted $ in January for groceries, gas and misc. So a great start to Feb.
Groceries- Shopping smart and buying fresh stuff. Trying to use up freezer stuff.

PC pts are over $400. No plans to touch them till hopefully BBQ season meat sales!

One of my financial resolutions this year is to track my saving on items I put more effort into making at home via scratch, growing or alternative cuts. I don't count "normal" home cooked meals but I factor in "saving" food before expiry etc as well as homemade.
18.00 saved Pork loin roast (instead of the 30.00 steaks DH really wanted) and we got 2 meals out of it
    2.50 sprouts homegrown
    4.00 chocolate chip cookies
    4.50 dozen homemade buns
4.00 lasagna (saved wasting cottage cheese, spinach)

Worked on my taxes yesterday and figured out how much to put in my RRSP to offset the extra income. So happy to have that done!!!

Groceries- We are eating well. Using up stuff too.

No plans to touch my PC pts this month. Let them build slowly.

ok.. so .. spent part of the week .. playing with money stuff...
all in all.. i have a pretty good plan..... dont worry..i am sure i will mess it up. lol.

i am considering making a plant order ... hmmm. still weighing options.. i think it would be more cost effective for me to order what i need then to wander aimlessly though garden centers...

As a reference I live in appartment with my father for the moment and we put our money to divide by 2 all of the expenses.I paid the home insurance and my life insurance on my own.I dont have my driver course so I dont own a car..but my father is...He is paying for those expenses on his own.I pay for my medication and my father does the same.
Other things like grocerie, accounts, and appart we slipt.I pay my clothes and he is doing the same too He as a cellphone and paid for it..I dont own a cellphone for the moment but it is something I need in the future for seaching a job( I want to search a part time job to built my hours and be on prets et bourses with life project next year)
so now the categories I am thinking to put in a sheets are

    Renting
    Groceries
    Medication
    Accounts
    Misc.expenses
    Clothing
    Entertaining
    Emergency fund

Thanks for reading I am conscious i made long post and if you are not interested just ignore it.
