How To Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter during the Contest Period, scan a Pepsi® logo from any Pepsi® soft drink pack and visit pepsizero.ca (the “Contest Website”) to upload the image. You will then be required to follow the instructions to provide your first and last name, email address, confirm date of birth, eligibility status, and that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Rules. Only one (1) email address may be used per person to participate in the Contest. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET February 19, 2022.

The Big Prize

Grand Prize and Draw: There is one (1) grand prize available to be won, consisting of a trip for two (the winner and one guest) to attend Super Bowl LVII (the “Event”) scheduled to be held in Glendale, Arizona (USA) (the “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize consists of return economy air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s primary place of residence in Canada to Phoenix, Arizona (USA) (airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor), ground transportation to and from destination airport, one (1) standard hotel room, based on double occupancy for three (3) nights (accommodation to be selected at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor), two (2) tickets to the Event scheduled to be held on February 12, 2023 (actual seat selection to be chosen at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor), and $1,000 CAD spending money. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $13,000 CAD, which is based on a departure from Toronto, Ontario, based on advertised prices in November 2021. Actual value may vary depending on winner’s point of departure and prices at the time of booking.:If the Grand Prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded to the minor’s parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian of such a minor will also be required to accept and sign the Declaration of Compliance and Release (the “Release”) on the minor’s behalf.
Additional Grand Prize Conditions: Due to the nature of the Grand Prize, no alternate travel dates are available. The difference between the approximate retail value and actual retail value, if any, will not be awarded. The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are responsible for all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including, without limitation, ground transportation to and from departure airport, meals, gratuities, taxes, travel documents, telephone calls, in-room movies, mini-bar expenses, room service, medical and travel insurance, excess baggage costs, optional tours, airport departure taxes, duties, all personal expenses, including without limitation any concession expenses at the Event, and all other expenses not specified herein. A valid credit or debit card will be required upon check-in. The Grand Prize winner’s guest must be a legal resident of Canada. Any minor winner or guest must travel with, and be accompanied at all times by, an adult who is either (i) the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or (ii) an individual authorized by all parents(s)/legal guardian(s) of the minor. One (1) traveller, either the Grand Prize winner or his/her guest, must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of departure for trip. The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Transportation and accommodations are subject to availability, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are responsible for obtaining all required medical and travel-related necessities (including vaccinations) and documentation, including a valid passport and the permission to enter the United States of America. If the Grand Prize winner does not have proper travel documentation, or any applicable permission to enter the destination country, or does otherwise not accept or participate in any portion of the Grand Prize for any reason whatsoever (including reasons beyond the control of the Grand Prize winner such as inclement weather delaying or cancelling a portion of the trip), then that portion of the Grand Prize is forfeited by the Grand Prize winner (and his/her guest), and the Contest Sponsor shall have no further obligation or liability to Grand Prize winner with respect to the forfeited portion of the Grand Prize. It is recommended that the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest obtain sufficient personal travel insurance (including emergency medical) prior to departure. The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are responsible for transportation to and from the departure airport. The Contest Sponsor is not liable if travel is impeded or refused by reason of decisions of any governmental authorities (foreign or domestic), or other airline or airport authorities. The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest (or parent/legal guardian of any minor guest) must sign and return the Contest Sponsor’s form of Release prior to the Grand Prize being ticketed. No responsibility is assumed by any of the Releasees (as defined in Paragraph 10 herein) if any element(s) of Grand Prize are cancelled, delayed, relocated, suspended or rescheduled for any reason whatsoever beyond their control. If, for any reason, any element of the Grand Prize does not occur, that portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited without additional compensation and the remainder of the Grand Prize will be awarded. The Releasees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or other liability of any kind, resulting from, or arising from, the acceptance, possession, use, non-use or misuse of the Grand Prize, any travel related thereto or otherwise from participation in the Contest. The Grand Prize will be delivered to the winner’s address as provided to the Contest Sponsor. Deliveries will not be made to PO Box addresses. The Grand Prize is only redeemable around a short window of time in connection with the Event. Grand Prize winner must provide thirty (30) days' notice prior to his/her requested departure date (which shall be within a few days of the Event), and once made, travel plans may only be changed at discretion of the Contest Sponsor. No responsibility is assumed by the Releasees for any postal mail or courier delivery returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address. No responsibility is assumed by the Releasees for Prize after shipping.
