i fell on the ice will taking out the garbage. broke my right collarbone and arm (my breast cancer surgery side and the arm i use for my cane.) had complicated surgery and have been now released from the hospital. i am trying to find an electric recliner but can't find one.
any recommendations? i live in gatineau

Contact your local Shoppers Drug Mart and they can put you in contact with a seller, or direct you to organizations that can help with more affordable options.

Leon's has electric recliners as do most furniture chains, but I am not sure about the stores around where you live as I'm in Ontario.
I find Shoppers to be overpriced for home health care, and therefore suggest a private pharmacy/home health care. If you go to Shoppers/Pharmaprix than go on seniors day (bring a relative if you are not 55 or older to at least get the 20% discount, but inquire first if eligible).
Also check Kijiji and Facebook marketplace as people do sell these items when they move, go into a nursing home, etc.

Facebook Marketplace would be another good spot to check in addition to Kijiji / Craig's List.
