ExpiredHi, This might sound dumb but my computer went on the fritz and I had to reformat everything to make the story short I cannot install my printer as I lost the installation disk. I was wondering if someone could print and mail me a form for Futura Rewards so that I could send in my upc's. I would mail a stamp and some coupons to someone that could do this for me.
