I am sure you already do this, but always check the aisles in the stores for coupons. that is where I got my $3.00 off Air Wick starter kits. They were in Shoppers near the kits.

Ashley, I am not sure about all No Frills, but my No Frills at Coxwell and Gerrard have them on sale for $3.00, so I got about 7 of them for free. I also heard the one in New Market has them. So just check your No Frills if you have one and hopefully you will find them there.

I shop very differently than I used to months ago. I too check the flyers and compare what coupons I have to the products that are on sale. When I go shopping it is usually to replace things I'm out of like milk and produce and to stockpile whatever else is on sale that I may need. I try to keep my stockpile at a 6 month supply. It's amazing how much money you can save by stockpiling sale items if you are smart about it. It's not uncommon for me to only spend $20-$30 at a grocery store each week and I have a family of 4. As for finding coupons here are some of my methods:
    1) Save.ca
    2) Coupon inserts from papers
    3) Emailing companies & asking for them (great way to get FPCs)
    4) Coupon trading
    5) Coupon trains
    6) Checking the aisles in stores for coupons
    7) Ebay
    8) Checking the post office when coupons come in the mail (I have a PO Box where you have to go to a physical post office to get your mail and everyone throws the 'junk mail' on a table. I got 22 Rouge magazines with coupons a month ago!!!)
    9) Checking for deals on Smart Canucks!!!

i have 4 coupon accordian file thingys. one for household, one for HBA, one for food and one for pets + misc.

i carry these on me AT ALL TIMES in case of an unadvertised or clearance deal. i organize my coupons by item (ie: shampoo, baked good, snacks, feminine products, etc.) and make a list of how many of each coupon i have so if i'm out and see a great deal i can check my list to see if i have a coupon for it.

i always check the flyers online and match with any coupons i may have. this makes going to the stores with a list much easier.

I am so like you. I don't go anywhere without my coupons. It's getting to the point where I might have to get a purse just for coupons
